- How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for all online purchases resulting from the Fervor+Hue website are handled by An Post, the state-owned provider of postal services in the Republic of Ireland.
We ship worldwide, shipping rates are automatically calculated at check out. If your country is not available for shipping at check out, please contact us directly for a quotation.
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, UK (United Kingdom) and North America are at the following flat price rates and delivery time frames:
Republic of Ireland: €5.95 per order for orders under €50 | 5 to 7 working days.
Click and collect option is also available in our Cork store.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ORDERS OVER €50.
UK (United Kingdom): €9.95 per order | 5 to 7 working days.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER €100.
European Union countries: Rate varies. It will auto calculate at check out | 5 to 7 working days.

- What is your returns policy?

We hope you will love your Fervor+Hue purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied. We offer replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase except sale items, which are within 7 days of purchase.
Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse
Fervor+Hue do not give refunds on the following items:
- Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 14 day return period (7 days for sale items)
- Any item that is not in its original packaging.
Refunds are for online orders only, not in-store purchases.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

The customer must check the goods. In the event of receiving any product damaged during transport or if it presents any type of flaw, the customer has a period of 48
hours from the receipt of the order to make the claim through contact made to F+H. If the damage is not reported within this period, the claim will be
automatically rejected. Any attempt by you to fix this damage will result in the claim being rejected.Please contact us ASAP on info@fervorandhue.com with as much information you can provide, including photos of the damage.

- What do we mean by preordering?

We offer our customers the opportunity to preorder an item that is coming into stock in the coming weeks. Full payment is taken at preorder. This is available for furniture.
- How do I track my order?

You will have received an email from us with tracking details of your order as soon as it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Click on the tracking number and this will bring you to the couriers website for you to track.
- What is your product return policy?

All online sales are eligible for a refund up to 14 days from delivery.
The return of our products is accepted, provided that 14 days have not passed since the receipt of the product and provided that the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys) and original packaging. It must be in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, mistreated or damaged. Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any way and that retain the original packaging in perfect condition (essential for processing any return).
THE RETURNS PERIOD
FOR ORDERS MADE BETWEEN 25th Nov AND 14th Jan IS 30 DAYS applies to gift receipts only. With original receipts, once the product has been received, F+H will proceed to transfer the amount on to a gift card.We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy if the goods are not in a re-sellable condition, save for products, which are damaged or faulty. We do not offer refund of product purchased in our store, we offer exchange or gift card, to avail of this an original F+H receipt or the customer must provide Invoice. Bank transaction/statement will be accepted as receipt.
- What is your product warranty?

All products purchased from our online shop come with a 12-month guarantee. The start date of the warranty is the date shown on the purchase invoice. This invoice/receipt needs to be presented. The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, use or improper handling, other than those indicated in the user manuals, continued use despite fault or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Deterioration of colour due to exposure of the product to the action of sunlight or other sources of heat.
Once our customer service team has received the product, the condition of the product will be checked. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair. These times may vary due to reasons beyond both our control and the repairer’s, i.e. part availability or incorrect fault description. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
CASES THAT VOID THE WARRANTY
We cannot be held accountable for natural wear and tear, accidental damage or a lack of appropriate care. No returns will be accepted for warranty on damaged items and/or product malfunction due to misuse. When the product shows clear signs of use beyond its capabilities, as well as evident mistreatment in the form of impacts or deterioration caused by liquids or corrosive substances, as well as any other anomaly attributable to the consumer. No grounds for redress if the item is misused
Any attempt to repair the item yourself will void the warranty
